  1. Heat at 350°F for 5 mins on each side.
     

*Turning the egg rolls ensure the oil does not gather on one side. You will see the oil sweat from the wrapper and the wrapper should be crisp to the touch.   

Best: Air Fryer

  1. Fill the pan to 1.25 inches of oil

  2. Bring the oil to 300 °F 

  3. Lay the lumpia into the pan away from you so any oil splashes away from you.

  4. Cook for 1 - 1.5min a side.

  5. Place refried egg roll strainer vertically to allow excess oil to drain

*Rolling the lumpia in a paper towel will also help remove oil on the skin.

Best: Pan Fry

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F with a baking sheet or pan in the oven.

  2. Once the oven reaches temperature, place the egg rolls on the  baking sheet or pan

  3. Warm for 8 minutes per side. This should crisp up the lumpia wrapper. 

​

*For best results place a wire rack on the pan and the lumpia on the wire rack.  This will allow the oil to drip as it sweats out.​

Good: Oven

Not ideal : Microwave

 
  1. Heat for 1 min at 1200 watts (high for most microwaves)

​

* Expect the lumpia to get soggy and lose its crispness.
